Keith McDonald
Keith McDonald has over 35 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry. Keith started his career as an Associate with Tom Keith & Associates, Inc. in 1989 where he worked on residential and commercial properties. In 1998 he founded McDonald Appraisal Services, Inc. and continued working with local lenders, national financial institutions, the NCDOT, the City of Fayetteville and more. He has served as an Expert Witness for litigation support and provided equitable distribution services for divorces. He serves as the managing partner and President of McDonald Appraisal Services, Inc
Keith earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 1987. He holds a Certified General Appraisal License in North Carolina with reciprocating status in South Carolina.
Jacob McDonald
Jacob McDonald started as a Trainee for McDonald Appraisal Services, Inc. in 2018. He proceeded to complete all of the Certified General courses through the Appraisal Institute and became a Certified General Appraiser in 2022. Since passing his examination he has worked with local lenders, national financial institutions, regional real estate attorneys, and developers providing real estate valuation services.
Jacob earned his B.S. in Business Administration from North Carolina State University at Lonnie Poole Business School in May of 2018. He holds a Certified General Appraisal License in North Carolina with reciprocating status in South Carolina.
